FULL-SERVICE DESIGN
For those who want an interior designer involved from concept to reveal (full-service design)
Design Turnkey is a white glove design service where I am with you (physically and virtually) from the design process all the way through to reveal. This service combines design and procurement + project management.
The service starts with a discovery call followed by a 1-hour consultation, and is then broken into four phases:
Design Concept // see Design Complete service for details. During this phase, I will also start collaboration with trades to refine budget.
Design Detail // see Design Complete service for details.
Procurement + Build // This is the project managing phase of the process.
With all items approved, procurement begins. I purchase, track, and store items at a local warehouse, which receives and checks items for damages. While construction is under way, I visit the site weekly to ensure all is going to plan, and I am in close touch with the contractor.
Completion // I prepare for reveal day and provide you with an install and reveal date. Lots of planning and organizing takes place behind the scenes. Once tradesman and finishing touches are complete, I work with the delivery and install team to help me place all furniture pieces as I style up the space.
This phase ends with reveal day.
After reveal day, we have the final walk-through and create the punch list of items that require final touch-ups. I also bring in a professional photographer to shoot the space.
